Representative Hall presents H370 “Require Cooperation with ICE Detainers” in the Senate Judiciary C

Representative Hall and other members of the NC Legislature debated H370 for forty-five minutes in the Senate’s Judiciary Committee on June 19th. As expected, the bill passed the committee and was referred back to the Senate Rules Committee.
